Barry Jackson is the senior pastor of CFC Harlingen. Barry is known as "Brother Barry". No one seems to enjoy life as much as he does. A gifted preacher and homespun storyteller, Barry weaves his life experiences with great humor and Biblical insight into every message.

Susan Jackson has a heart for prayer and the women's ministry "Women of Worth". She also runs a "Ministry and Mentoring" group for the new generation of women leaders in our church.

Barry and his wife, Susan, founded “Liberty Ministries”, a home for troubled boys and girls. For over twenty years, they devoted their lives to helping troubled young people find Godly direction.

Elton is CFC's Prison Ministries Pastor. He enjoys volunteering with the Men's Ministry. One of Elton's gifts is sharing his encouraging words and testimony. He and his wife Sandra have a passion for serving the church community.

Stephen has been involved in ministry his entire life and is passionate about helping the next generation develop a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Darlene Aguillard, are blessed with two beautiful children and are committed to serving the Lord together as a family. Darlene has a passion for worship through music and enjoys playing the violin. Together, they have a heart to reach middle and high school students throughout the Rio Grande Valley with the hope of the Gospel, creating an environment where students can grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.

Mark Buddle serves as the lead worship pastor at Christian Fellowship Church, where he and his wife Robin have been faithful members for over 30 years. With a rich background of 40+ years as an educator and coach in the Rio Grande Valley, Mark brings dedication and passion to his role. Beyond leading worship, Mark and his family have been actively involved in various ministries throughout the church, from the worship team to children’s church. His heart for worship inspires him to serve wholeheartedly, always striving to honor the Lord in all he does.

Gary serves as the Administration Pastor at CFC Harlingen and oversees the youth ministry.  After studying at Moody Bible Institute, he has spent the past 20 years serving in youth ministry, with a passion for helping young people develop a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Since joining CFC Harlingen in 2012, he also leads the church's audio and visual ministry, supporting meaningful and distraction-free worship services.  He also supports many areas of ministry behind the scenes, helping with everything from administration to technology and the countless details that keep church life running smoothly.

Katarina serves as one of our Worship Leaders and as our Graphic & Marketing Administrator. She enjoys using the creative gifts God has given her to serve the church through worship, design, and communication. Having been part of the CFC family for over 10 years, she is passionate about creating content that helps people connect with the church and find opportunities to grow in their faith. 

Jordan Puga is the Finance Administrator and has been the leader of Cultivate young adults ministry for over 5 years. With a unique blend of financial expertise and a heart for service, Jordan specializes in streamlining organizational operations while actively building a thriving, supportive community.

We are a God-loving family blessed with three wonderful children. Our faith in God is at the center of our home, and we strive to raise our children with strong values, love, kindness, and respect.

My wife and I are passionate about our family and believe that children are one of God’s greatest blessings. We love spending time together, making memories, serving others, and being involved in our community. Our greatest joy is watching our children grow and teaching them to love God, love others, and always treat people with compassion. Family, faith, and helping others are what matter most to us.

We are thankful for every blessing God has placed in our lives and look forward to continuing our journey together as a family. Gabriel Guzman is the head of our boys ministry, Royal Rangers. Angelea Guzman is the head of our girl's ministry, BLOOM.
